Win Your Wardrobe ("we", "us", "our") operates prize competitions in the United Kingdom. By entering any competition on this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not accept these terms, you must not enter any competition.
You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United Kingdom to enter. Employees of Win Your Wardrobe, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally associated with the administration of these competitions are not eligible to enter.
All competitions on this website include a question of skill. Only entries that correctly answer the skill question will be valid. The question of skill is what makes these competitions legal prize competitions under UK law, and not lotteries.
Entries are made by purchasing one or more tickets at the price stated on the competition page. All ticket prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. A valid entry requires: payment of the correct amount, a correct answer to the skill question, and agreement to these Terms & Conditions. Entries are non-refundable once a PaymentIntent is confirmed by Stripe, except where required by law.
The winner is selected at random from all valid paid ticket numbers for that competition. Draws are conducted using a random number generator and live-streamed on our social media channels. The draw will take place on or shortly after the date stated on the competition page. We reserve the right to postpone a draw if fewer than 50% of tickets have been sold, or to proceed early if 100% of tickets are sold.
The prize is as described on the competition page. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. All prizes are 100% authentic and verified before dispatch. Free UK mainland delivery is included. We aim to dispatch prizes within 14 working days of the draw. Winners outside the UK mainland may be subject to additional delivery charges.
The winner will be contacted via the email address used to purchase tickets within 24 hours of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to us using your name and general location for winner announcements (e.g. "Jane from London"). We will not publish your surname, address, or contact details.
To the extent permitted by law, Win Your Wardrobe shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant in connection with their participation in a competition. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to enter the relevant competition.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
